There is never a good time to have your A/C go out, especially with the heat wave we just had. But, having someone who can help you right away eases the pain a little bit! I called TJ and he instantly offered to come out that afternoon. Unfortunately, I couldn't make that time framework, but I was still impressed by his prompt offer. He showed up the next business day, first thing in the morning. He was able to diagnose my problem in short order, and then was able to put a band aid on my old unit, enough to get the A/C going again. He then walked me through the real problems with the A/C and we both concluded a new system was the way to go. He was able to quote me a very fair price and a very short timeline to get the new one installed. He showed up early on the day of installation and, by the time I was home from work, you wouldn't have known a work crew was ever in my house. Everything about the process was very professional, very prompt, and with no hassle whatsoever. I will definitely be using TJ's HVAC Services going forward, and would recommend him to everyone.

I was referred to Tj by another HVAC person, which is always a good sign. I was in a bit of an emergency situation, and Tj came to the rescue. He was good natured and professional. He never made me feel like I was putting him out, despite my last minute problem during his busiest time of year. He worked quickly and charged reasonably. Unbelievably, less than a week later, I needed him to return to do the EXACT same job all over again. (No fault of his, a mistake on the part of another company doing work at my house.) Once again, he was very kind, very professional, and very reasonably priced. And again, despite it being the middle of the worst heatwave of the summer, he fit me into his busy schedule, and never made me feel like a burden. I didn’t know I’d ever need to find myself a “go to HVAC guy,” but I found him! Can’t recommend Tj more.

TJ is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend his services. Last year our heater went out on a super cold Sunday, TJ came out even on the weekend. In the spring we again called TJ to replace our AC unit. He works fast, is reliable, fixed us up when not many others would and his prices are very reasonable.

TJ was able to come out at 8:30 at night and help get my AC unit back up and running. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to get everything back up extremely quickly and I now have a cooler house on the hottest part of the year.
